Position : Partner Success Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding process for partner merchants.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Tech, Channel Partners) to ensure smooth activation of partner accounts.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Channel Partner team.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, dashboards, and partner records.
- Track onboarding progress, follow up on pending items, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Support routine communications and updates with partner merchants.
- Assist in resolving partner queries and escalating issues where required.
- Contribute to partner engagement initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
Around 3 years of experience , ideally in payments, fintech, banking, or merchant onboarding roles.Strong administrative, coordination, and documentation skills.Good understanding of partner onboarding workflows or merchant lifecycle (preferred).Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently in a remote environment.Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
