Role Description

We are seeking a self-driven, hands-on Channel Sales Manager to spearhead our national dealer and distributor network for aerosol spray paints (Com-Paint).

This is a ground-up opportunity for a go-getter with strong profile in Dealer Distribution network building, to build a robust, scalable channel ecosystem from scratch. As the foundation of our channel strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales footprint across India.

Qualifications

• Channel Sales and Channel Partners management skills - Experience in Dealer Distributors Sales and Sales Management - Excellent Customer Service skills - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently - Experience in the aerosols or Paints related industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Salary :

Approximately ₹8–10 LPA, depending upon qualification, experience and performance in the initial screening.

Location / Base :

Candidates based in DELHI / NCR will be preferred or outstation candidates ready to move to Delhi.
