Role Overview
You will be the strategic driver of paid performance across Google & Meta ecosystems. Your mission : deliver outstanding ROI, scale revenue for clients, and lead a high-performing team toward digital domination.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- Develop and optimize campaign strategies to drive measurable results — leads, revenue, CAC, ROAS
- Create A / B testing experiments across creatives, audience sets & landing pages
- Build sharp dashboards & reporting insights for both clients & internal stakeholders
- Lead a team of performance executives & analysts — mentoring for excellence
- Coordinate with creative, content & tech teams for execution excellence
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, beta features & market movements
- Responsible for monthly planning, pacing, and budget utilization
- Manage and strengthen client communication & trust
What You Bring
4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Agency background preferred)Strong command over Google & Meta Ads — certifications are a plusDeep understanding of lead gen + e-commerce ecosystemsData-driven mindset : strong analytical skill with ability to turn data into decisionsExperience with attribution tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, CRM workflows)Ability to innovate, think strategically, and lead teams confidentlyExcellent stakeholder management and presentation skillsNice To Have
Experience with automation, AI-based optimization toolsKnowledge of programmatic and emerging ad platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)Passion for industry trends, experimentation and growth hacking
