We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our esteemed institution as the Head of Secondary in Delhi, India. This is a prestigious leadership role that requires a British-qualified educator with a proven track record of excellence in secondary education. Benefits

• Salary : INR 2,00,000 to INR 2,50,000 per month.
• Meals : Lunch and dinner provided for self, spouse, and children studying in the same school during term time (meals to be taken with students).
• Accommodation : Free furnished accommodation within the school campus.
• Medical Insurance : Coverage for self, spouse, and children as per the rules of the insurance policy.
• Utilities : Water and electricity bills covered up to INR 2,500 per month.
• Mobile Allowance : Up to INR 1,000 per month for official use.
• Travel Reimbursement : Fixed amount of INR 50,000 reimbursed annually for flight tickets (national or international) after completing one year of service.
• School Fees : Staff children will be treated as day scholars, and no school fees will be charged as per school rules.
• Provident Fund : A standard deduction of 12% of the salary will be contributed by both the employee and employer towards the Employee's Provident Fund.
