Qualifications :

• 8+ years in technical writing, with preferably networking / telecommunications / contact center domain, DITA / Oxygen tool knowledge and with the educational background in computer science, prior Client experience will be highly preferred.
• We are looking for experienced candidates with an Engineering or Computer Science background and strong writing skills to create and maintain product documentation in the networking, telecom, or contact center domains.
• The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in technical writing within these fields.
