Our growth plans :

We process close to 4% of India’s freight today. We aim to scale this to 20% by 2028. With this visibility into logistics, we are building powerful software, a trusted freight marketplace, and embedded finance solutions to reach 100M USD in revenue by 2028 .

We are the largest road freight technology platform in the country. Our brand story is just getting started.

About the Role :

We are looking for a brand-first marketer who can elevate Freight Tiger’s presence in the logistics and enterprise supply chain ecosystem. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for creating high-quality content, strengthening brand positioning, and driving strong storytelling across our digital and customer-facing channels.

You will collaborate closely with product, sales, design, and leadership teams to ensure every touchpoint communicates value with clarity, confidence, and consistency. Execution support is available through design partners and external agencies.

Key responsibilities :

Brand Strategy and Messaging

Strengthen and evolve Freight Tiger’s positioning and voice
Translate product value-prop and market insights into messaging that resonates with enterprise audiences

Content Development

Create and manage content across website, blogs, case studies, email, and social channels

Interview internal and external stakeholders to build compelling narratives

Maintain a strong editorial calendar aligned to business priorities

Digital Brand Experience

Own LinkedIn channel communication for brand, product, and leadership

Develop content for email and WhatsApp engagement campaigns

Optimize website content for relevance and clarity

Customer Advocacy

Build proof assets including customer stories and testimonials

Work with account teams to identify storytelling opportunities

Events and Brand Experiences

Support branded experiences including conferences, roundtables, webinars

Ensure event messaging and content reflect brand positioning

Internal Enablement

Enable sales and customer teams with decks, messaging guides, and brand assets

Ensure consistency in how FT is represented across touchpoints

Preferred qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a strong advantage

5–7 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, Logistics-tech or technology-led environments

Strong writing and storytelling skills with content samples to showcase work

Understanding of email and WhatsApp content engagement

Familiarity with CRM and content publishing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho CRM, CMS platforms

Basic understanding of analytics to improve content effectiveness

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma for content and collateral creation is a plus

Excellent verbal communication, collaboration, and project management skills
