About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Controller to manage our financial operations, investor reporting, and day-to-day accounting workflows. This role requires someone with strong technical expertise—ideally at CPA level —along with excellent communication skills and the ability to support leadership with accurate, timely financial insights.

You will oversee bookkeeping, manage AP / AR, handle investor relations, prepare financial reports, and support overall administrative operations. The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, well-spoken in English, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting management.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable , reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, budgeting , and forecasting support.
• Manage investor relations , including reporting, updates, and communication support.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Provide general administrative support to leadership as needed.
• Work closely with executives to provide timely financial insights and recommendations.
