About the Role :
We're looking for a Performance Marketer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities :
- Optimize and manage Facebook Ads for sales and lead-generation campaigns
- Set up and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns
- Run LinkedIn and other media buying campaigns
- Execute and manage paid link-building, SEO, and SMO initiatives
- Strategically manage and scale paid social campaigns across platforms
- Create, monitor, and refine lead and sales funnels to maximize conversions
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members
- Manage campaign reporting and performance dashboards
- Build marketing strategies and create project case studies to showcase success
Eligibility Criteria
2-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance MarketingProven track record in managing Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaignsDeep understanding of key PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)Experience with SEO, SMO, and media buying strategiesFamiliarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM trackingAbility to design and optimize lead funnels and conversion pathsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsTeam management and project leadership experience preferredExcellent communication skills for internal coordination and client interactionsWhat We're Looking For A marketer who is :
