Senior Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead financial reporting , including preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IGAAP.
• Support and drive the ongoing IGAAP to Ind-AS migration project , ensuring accurate alignment with new reporting standards.
• Manage Internal Financial Controls ( IFC ) documentation, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee month-end book closure activities for foreign subsidiaries (USA & UAE), covering accounting, transaction reviews, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Big 4 audit firms to ensure timely completion of statutory audits for the parent entity and international subsidiaries.
• Coordinate and manage the internal audit process, collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
• Conduct periodic review of books, inter-company reconciliations, and alignment of subsidiary accounting with the parent entity’s policies.
• Supervise banking operations, payments, and funds management for subsidiaries and other activities to support audit closure and compliance
