Job Description
We’re looking for driven, high-energy SDRs who thrive in outbound environments and can build pipeline by connecting with senior decision-makers across North America.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about B2B SaaS sales , who enjoys cold calling , and can create impactful first conversations with potential buyers.
Role & Responsibilities
Own outbound pipeline generation with 100% new-business focus in the North American market.
Research, identify & qualify high-potential accounts in wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing.
Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to initiate high-quality conversations.
Personalize outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email targeting senior stakeholders (CEOs, Sales Heads, IT Directors).
Partner with AEs to set qualified demos and ensure excellent handoffs.
Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot CRM .
Test messaging, channels & sequences to continually improve conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years B2B SaaS outbound experience , ideally selling to North American markets.
Proven success in cold calling and pipeline generation .
Exceptional communication skills and confidence engaging senior leadership.
Self-starter mindset , resilience, and high ownership.
Comfortable working U.S. time zones and collaborating with global teams.
