About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance processes. You will ensure accurate financial records, monitor expenditures, support month-end and year-end closing, and generate financial insights for senior leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking activities.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records.
- Handle invoice processing, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Assist with payroll review, tax filings, and statutory reporting where applicable.
- Partner with internal teams to validate financial data, track expenses, and support operational decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) are highly preferred.Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or fast-growing environment.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Excel.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.High integrity and commitment to accuracy and compliance.Why Join Us?
