Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet production schedules.
• Track market trends and suggest cost-saving alternatives.
• Ensure all purchases meet food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
• Coordinate with production, QC, and warehouse teams for material planning.
