Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AI Capability Lead to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence initiatives and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in enabling AI-driven business transformation.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned AI professional with 10-15 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering AI solutions spanning both Generative AI and Predictive AI technologies.

This individual will play a strategic and hands-on leadership role, guiding the organization's AI capability development, delivering consulting engagements for clients, and driving innovation across multiple domains.

The AI Capability Lead will serve as both a thought leader and practitioner, capable of defining AI strategies, building scalable solutions, and mentoring technical teams to excellence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the evolving AI ecosystem, stays ahead of emerging trends, and brings strong expertise in applying AI responsibly to solve real-world business challenges.

• Advise clients on AI strategy, roadmap, and implementation approaches across industries.

• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and trends; publish insights and thought leadership.
• Build, mentor, and guide AI engineers and data scientists to develop cutting-edge solutions.
