Job descriptionProvide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Leader. Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements & payments to vendors related to travel. Prepare format presentations, compile reports, and develop documents / correspondence for reviews & meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion. Coordinate internal and external communication. Track deadlines, action items, and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain records, filing systems, and documentation. Support in organizing departmental reviews, events, and leadership engagements. Upkeep of office and office infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate maintenance activities with concerned departments / vendors as required. Act as a liaison between the Leader and internal / external stakeholders.
