Assistant Manager - Liaisoning Officer

Job Description

The Liaisoning Officer will act as the primary interface between Esyasoft and local government bodies, electricity departments, DISCOMs, vendors, contractors, and community stakeholders. The role requires strong communication skills in Konkani, especially for coordination across villages, municipal bodies, and field teams in Goa / Konkan region.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate in any discipline (preferably engineering, commerce, or public administration).

Fluency in Konkani (speaking, reading preferred); English and Hindi required.

6–7 years’ experience in liaisoning, government relations, utility projects, or smart metering preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to travel extensively within project areas.

Familiarity with electricity distribution processes, smart metering workflows, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Liaison with government bodies, electricity departments, and contractors.

Coordinate permissions, approvals, and site-related documentation.

Support field teams during meter installation and consumer outreach.

Address local issues, grievances, and ensure community cooperation.

Prepare basic reports on progress, issues, and compliance.

Requirements
