Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Okhla, New Delhi. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, and drive efficiency across functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the team.
• Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to team members to foster growth and accountability.
• Monitor team performance, establish clear goals, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational success.
• Resolve conflicts, address escalations, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Report on team metrics, performance trends, and suggest actionable insights to Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role, preferably in skincare, beauty, wellness, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
