ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek a dynamic Team Leader to manage a growing operations team. The role requires strong leadership skills, client management experience, and expertise in data processing and team performance management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of up to 30 operations executives
- Set goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct performance reviews
- Provide training, coaching, and career development support
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- Client & Project Management
- Serve as primary client contact and relationship manager
- Collaborate with Client Services, Business Development, and Account Management teams
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality standards
- Maintain SLA compliance and client satisfaction
- Data Operations
- Handle large data files across multiple formats (CSV, TSV, XLS, etc.)
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks
- Create reports and manage data allocation schedules
- Develop Excel macros for process automation
QUALIFICATIONS
ExperienceMinimum 5 years in BPO industry2+ years in team leadership / supervisory roleSkillsExcellent English communication (written and verbal)Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, including macros)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesData processing and reporting experiencePAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE
