Retail Store Development Lead

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager – Retail Projects will take full ownership of end-to-end delivery of retail store projects across the Mumbai region and surrounding territories. This role demands strong project leadership, vendor and stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality stores within defined timelines, budgets, and brand standards. You will oversee planning, execution, quality control, cost optimization, and continuous improvement of project delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of new store fit-outs, refurbishments, and expansion projects for the region.
• Oversee the full lifecycle—from site handover and design coordination to store readiness and final opening.
• Ensure all project activities align with brand guidelines, technical standards, and compliance requirements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

Monitoring, Reporting & Quality Control

Budgeting & Cost Management

Material Management & Approvals
