Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Senior Lead to drive end-to-end ARCS solution design, implementation, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle ARCS modules including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
  • Define reconciliation formats, profiles, rules, and workflows aligned to business needs.
  • Drive data integrations between ARCS, ERP (Oracle EBS / Cloud), FCCS, EDMCS, and other upstream / downstream applications.
  • Develop functional specifications, test scenarios, and validation scripts.

Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ARCS solutions.
  • Lead a small functional / technical team and guide junior consultants during implementation cycles.
  • Support user onboarding, training workshops, and UAT sessions.

    • Operations & Enhancements

  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Optimize reconciliation processes and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage period-close activities and ensure ARCS processes run smoothly.

    • Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation (BRDs, solution design docs, test scripts, SOPs).
  • Ensure adherence to SOX, audit, and internal control frameworks.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 6+ years in Oracle ARCS .

    • Strong knowledge of :

  • Reconciliation Compliance
  • Transaction Matching
  • Data loads, Data Management, integrations
  • EPM Cloud platform features

    • Hands-on experience configuring :

  • Match types, rules, formats
  • Reconciliation templates
  • Profiles, calendars, and workflow
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, financial close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with FCCS , EDMCS , EBS , or Oracle Cloud ERP .
  • Knowledge of scripting (EPM Automate, REST APIs) for automation.
  • Prior experience leading end-to-end Oracle EPM implementation cycles.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
