Hiring : Senior Operations Executive – Pune 📍

We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive to join our fast-growing Operations team. If you have strong hands-on experience in warehouse workflows, order processing, and inventory management, this role is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end order processing including picking, packing, QC, and dispatch

Ensure high accuracy in daily warehouse operations and minimize processing errors

Track inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment

Support Team Leads in workflow planning and daily execution

Manage system updates, order status changes, and WMS transactions

Assist in stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities

Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational discipline across warehouse functions

🔹 What We’re Looking For

0-1 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse operations, or e-commerce operations

Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and order lifecycle

High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and execution discipline

Experience working with WMS or similar systems

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations

Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse Management will also be considered with relevant experience
