They are responsible for the following duties and responsibilities :  Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and social media  Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and attention  Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures  Ensuring customer satisfaction & providing professional customer support

Requirements :

Graduate or Under-graduate

Strong communication and presentation skills

Fluent in English

Rotational shifts, rotational off

Knowledge on MS word, excel
