ServiceNow ITSM Developer

ServiceNow Developer ITSM - India Remote

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with ITSM experience for a 6 month extendable contract.

Responsibilities :

Gather the requirement from process / customer develop stories as per requirements and work on customization in timebound manner

Create Flow, business rule, scripts, widgets

UI pages, UI scripts, UI Macro

Collaborate with vendor and process team

Develop and implement scripted rest api

Requirements :

5+ years experience with ITSM

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development using Javascript and servicenow APIs and methods

Integration experience in ebonding and with other tools

Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.
