Job descriptionEnd-to-end ERP implementation including configuration, customization, and integration of modules. Understand client requirements and translate business processes into ERP functionality. Conduct gap analysis, define objectives, and re-engineer processes to align with ERP capabilities. Deliver on-site and remote training sessions for end users. Conduct ERP demonstrations and walkthroughs for stakeholders. Perform various levels of software testing : Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and others as required. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Maintain regular client communication and project documentation. Experience : Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation or a similar role. Education : Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Domain Knowledge : Understanding of education domain or ERP systems is preferred. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and handle multiple projects. Travel : Willingness to travel and relocate across India as per project needs. Opportunity to work with a leading ERP platform in the education sector. Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
