We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive architectural decisions, guide the development team, and oversee end-to-end software delivery across front-end and back-end systems.

Key Skills :

• .NET / ASP.NET

SQL Database

NoSQL (Cosmos DB / MongoDB / Similar)

Strong troubleshooting & system design skills

Role Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the development team

Define architecture & design technical solutions

Work across backend & frontend components

Drive projects from requirement scoping to production launch

Collaborate with users, tech teams & management

Support mission-critical, high-performance systems

Manage multiple tasks and deliver quality results

Experience :

Team handling experience

Hands-on SQL + working knowledge of NoSQL

Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills

Self-starter capable of working independently
