About the Role :

You will be the key link between our client and internal teams, driving process improvements and ensuring excellence in billing, collections, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for daily client communication.
• Bridge gaps between departments to streamline billing & collections.
• Develop & implement strategies to optimize practice workflows.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
