GWC is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.
About the Role :
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals within a defined territory. You will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, social media, inbound leads).
Schedule and meet Corporate customers.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve Sales Targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with other team members (e.g., marketing, customer success) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Conducting high-quality follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects
Qualifications :
Proven track record of success in sales or a related field
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
