Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience as a JDE Functional Consultant . Expertise in at least one JDE module area (Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Procurement). Strong understanding of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne architecture , data flow, and configuration. Experience with JD Edwards CNC , UBE , Orchestrator , and Reports is a plus. Knowledge of business processes, best practices, and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator , UX One , or CafeOne . Familiarity with integrations between JDE and external systems (e.g., EDI, BI tools). JDE certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Specialist) is a plus. Prior experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, distribution, or logistics . Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and support change management activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Configure and implement JDE EnterpriseOne (or World) modules such as :
- Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
- Procurement (P2P)
- Manufacturing (Shop Floor, Product Data Management)
- Sales & Distribution (Order Management, Inventory)
- Translate business needs into JDE functional designs and configuration settings.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
- Support full lifecycle JDE implementation or upgrade projects including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct user training, workshops, and prepare user documentation.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support to resolve functional issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate and test enhancements, interfaces, and workflows.
