Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Relations Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, resolve customer queries, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and consistently maintain superior customer service standards. Additional responsibilities include handling customer complaints, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Experience in Client Relations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Customer Service management and handling customer concerns effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
