About Position :

Managing the full recruitment life cycle for IT sales positions for India region like Account managers, client partners, business leaders, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Key responsibilities are to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and stay updated on market trends.

What You'll Do :

Strategy and collaboration : Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, and work with hiring managers to define specific role requirements and understand staffing needs.

Sourcing : Proactively source candidates through various channels, including networking events, professional networks, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.

Screening and evaluation : Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.

Interview coordination : Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and technical panels, and ensure a smooth process for both candidates and the hiring team.

Offer and onboarding : Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and work with new hires through onboarding to ensure a successful start.

Relationship management : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales professionals for future opportunities and act as the primary point of contact for candidates.

Market expertise : Stay current on industry trends, market compensation, and best practices to provide strategic guidance to leadership.

Metrics and reporting : Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and inform future strategies.
