Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team in Indore (Onsite) . The ideal candidate should have experience working with US clients , sourcing candidates for IT positions , and working on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and identify candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and communication.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models and understand US tax terms .
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment workflow using ATS.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements.
• Meet daily / weekly hiring targets and deadlines.
