NOTE : Strong background in Cyber / Network Security and Firewall management, along with a people management experience is a must.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team of developers building key components of our next-generation Firewall and Network Security platform. You will be responsible for technical leadership, people management, and delivery execution, ensuring that your team produces high-quality, high-performance code for enterprise-grade networking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers (mix of senior, mid-level, and junior developers).
• Drive sprint planning, estimations, and execution tracking;

ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.
