We are a small, driven team (11-50 employees) focused on innovation, quality, and technical excellence.

We are seeking a highly driven and technically curious Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to establish our outbound sales motion (Comfortable with calls) and create qualified opportunities in one of our verticals.

• Location : Hybrid Kolkata (India, 6 : 30 PM-3 : 30 AM)
• Reports to : Founder / CEO
• Compensation : Highly competitive base + uncapped performance-based commission (OTE 12 – 18 LPA) with growth opportunity to OTE 24-30 LPA in one year.

The Role

As the Founding SDR, you will be the first sales hire dedicated to building the pipeline. Your mission is to introduce Blownfuse's Advertising Services, custom AR / VR, and AI solutions to relevant decision-makers at target enterprises. This requires more than just volume; it demands technical aptitude, exceptional curiosity, and the ability to articulate the value of complex immersive technologies and marketing campaigns.

You will target senior leaders in innovation and operations, including Marketing Leaders , VPs of Innovation, Heads of Digital Transformation, Directors of Manufacturing, and CTOs.
