Job descriptionShoot quick phone videos, BTS clips, merchant stories, app demos. Work with editors / designers to turn your ideas into polished bangers. Build formats and series that make people say “this page always delivers.” Push notifications, WhatsApp nudges, subject lines, reminders — you’ll help make Collect’s communication fun, sharp, and impossible to ignore. Track what’s popping — reach, saves, watch time, retention. Use insights not for reports… but to cook up BETTER ideas tomorrow. 1–3 years managing social for a brand / creator (or a killer personal page). Absolute wizardry with copywriting — punchy, witty, clean. Obsessed with trends, meme culture, indie creators, and new formats. Comfort with the camera. A fun personality helps a LOT. Curiosity, speed, and the ability to make something creative out of nothing. Bonus : editing skills or Canva chops. You get to define the entire vibe of Collect. Your ideas get executed immediately — no waiting 6 months. Small team = massive creative freedom. You’ll build a portfolio that screams range, personality, and taste .

What You’ll Do
Own Instagram like it’s your second brain
- Turn trends into Collect-style content before anyone else catches on.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts, jokes — whatever makes people stop scrolling.
- Be the on-screen face when needed (energy, humour, confidence required).
Create content that actually hits
Write thumb-stopping notifications too
Turn analytics into creativity
