Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for Ad Sales teams.
Train team members on
Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, PMax) , campaign lifecycle, and best practices.
Teach ad policy compliance, account structure, keyword strategy, bidding models, and optimisation techniques.
Deliver role-specific training covering outbound sales, consultative selling, lead conversion, and client engagement.
Process & SOP Development
Develop process documents, SOPs, playbooks, and training modules for Ad Sales operations.
Standardise workflows related to campaign setup, lead management, pitch creation, and reporting.
Implement quality checks and build guidelines to ensure error-free execution.
Performance Monitoring & Coaching
Assess individual and team performance through evaluations, assessments, quizzes, and mock calls.
Identify skill gaps and create targeted coaching plans.
Provide regular feedback to improve pitch quality, platform understanding, and client communication.
Monitor adherence to workflow, compliance, and productivity KPIs.
