Our projects span multiple sectors — hotels, residential, commercial, data centers, mixed-use developments, and healthcare facilities — with a strong focus on accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery through a remote India-based engineering team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer experienced in U.S. construction p rojects to join our growing remote team.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating directly with U.S.-based clients and project managers on live construction and preconstruction work.

Key Responsibilities Prepare scope of work documents, contracts, and related project documentation.

Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and specification clarifications.

Support estimation and scheduling teams during preconstruction and active project phases.

Perform bid leveling, reach out to subcontractors for bids, and assist in preconstruction coordination.

Manage and process change orders on Procore, ensuring documentation accuracy and approval tracking.

Monitor budgets and cost controls through Procore and project cost reports.

Oversee and maintain closeout document management, including collection, organization, and secure storage.

Coordinate design clarifications and ensure smooth communication between client and site teams.

Maintain organized document control and communication logs for multiple projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (Master’s preferred).

3–10 years of experience in U.S. construction or remote engineering projects.

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organized, detail-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
