Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join Intuit’s AI, Research, and Futures organization to build AI / Machine Learning solutions that leverage emerging new technologies and capabilities and unlock entirely new AI-driven experiences for our customers. You will be part of a vibrant team of AI Scientists and MLEs and lead efforts to translate cutting-edge research into robust, scalable AI systems that deliver measurable customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy robust end-to-end ML systems that operationalize cutting-edge AI research into production environments.
• Architect scalable pipelines for data curation, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Accelerate innovation by building rapid prototypes and hardening successful approaches into reliable, high-scale systems.
• Ensure excellence in reliability, observability, and operational rigor through modern MLOps workflows (CI / CD for ML, model monitoring, retraining practices).
• Influence key architectural decisions to evolve Intuit’s AI platforms and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security.
• Champion software engineering best practices, fostering technical excellence across the team.
• Mentor junior engineers, supporting their growth in AI / ML engineering and system design.
