FreightSphere is a Software company, based in Bengaluru, that offers innovative Software solutions for Air Cargo Freight Forwarders across India, to manage their daily operations and optimize revenue.

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales & Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience, who can execute Field visits, cold calls, Email campaigns etc, driving business growth with excellent communication & negotiation Skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop Sales strategies to meet targets through Cold calling , Email campaigns, Social media marketing and Field Marketing activities.
• Plan and execute in-person meetings to showcase FreightSphere's software solutions.
• Understand customer pain points and effectively communicate product benefits.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales & marketing targets.
• Collaborate with internal Development / Support teams for smooth Onboarding of new clients
• Coordinate with Product and marketing teams to refine sales materials and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Strong Customer Relationship Management.
