In this role, you will :
requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to partner seamlessly with data engineering, solution architecture, marketing, CRM, and media teams to enable audience activation, data orchestration, and omnichannel personalization at scale. We are seeking a senior, highly experienced Integration & Activation Solutions Engineer to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of integrations and activation capabilities for our Customer Data Platform.
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integrations between Snowflake and activation platforms using APIs, reverse ETL, event streams, and middleware.
Develop scalable, reusable integration patterns and frameworks that support personalization, segmentation, and cross-channel activation.
Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and low latency.
Partner with Data Engineering to ensure consistent ingestion, schema alignment, governance, and error-handling standards across pipelines.
Activation Strategy & Execution : Translate senior marketing and business priorities into actionable activation workflows (audiences, triggers, journeys).
Serve as the technical lead and SME for all composable CDP integrations and activation capabilities.
Work closely with CRM, Media, and Marketing teams to translate audience and activation, requirements into scalable data models and activation logic.
Configure and maintain segmentation workflows and connectors to downstream platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Attentive, Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
Monitor and troubleshoot downstream syncs to ensure high data quality, timely delivery, and operational reliability.
Support data audits, QA, and validation during CDP rollout phases to ensure end-to-end reliability from ingestion through activation.
Identify new personalization, analytics, and consumer engagement use cases enabled by the CDP.
Governance, Quality & Operations : Ensure all integrations meet data quality, governance, compliance, and privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA, and regional standards).
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for data pipelines and activation jobs to ensure operational excellence.
Own technical documentation including data dictionaries, field mappings, runbooks, SOPs, and integration specifications.
Automate recurring CDP processes using scripts, APIs, and workflow tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of CDP technologies (Tealium, Treasure Data, Hightouch, Segment, mParticle) to support segmentation and activation use cases.
Leverage Snowflake data models and views to enable audience segmentation, behavioral analysis, and activation-ready datasets.

Key Qualifications and Experiences :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in data engineering, marketing technology, or customer data platforms.
Expertise with : Cloud data warehouses (Snowflake strongly preferred), API integrations (REST, GraphQL), authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), ETL / ELT tools and orchestration frameworks
Reverse ETL platforms (Hightouch, Census).
Hands-on experience with major CDP platforms (Tealium, Treasure Data, Hightouch, Segment, mParticle).
Strong knowledge of customer and marketing data structures (profiles, identity resolution, events).
Proven experience integrating with activation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
Advanced SQL and Python skills for building scalable, maintainable workflows.
Proven track record designing secure, scalable, and compliant customer data architectures.
Strong understanding of marketing data domains — CRM, Media, Web, Loyalty, and Analytics.
Excellent communication skills with experience partnering with Marketing, Product, and Data leaders.
