Designation : Senior Copy Supervisor
Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Copy Supervisor who can lead the creative copy function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand tonality, the ability to craft compelling content across digital and traditional platforms, and experience in guiding a team of copywriters towards delivering high-quality, insightful work. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams, proactive participation in client discussions, and a sharp eye for detail during the production process.

Language Requirement :
Proficiency in Gujarati is a priority for this role. In addition, working knowledge of Hindi and English is required to ensure seamless communication across clients, teams, and platforms.
Brand Understanding & Alignment :
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all copy aligns with brand identity and values
Content Strategy :
Develop creative strategies and concepts for advertising campaigns, social media ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience insightsCopywriting :
Have a proactive approach to producing compelling and persuasive copy for a range of marketing materials, including digital content, social media campaigns, website copy, blog content, pitches, storyboards, as well as offline content such as OOH, banners, and other collateral.Supervise a team of copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional development and ensure high-quality output.Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including art supervisors, account managers, and clients, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate key messages.Quality Assurance :
Review and provide feedback on copy produced by team members, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards.Supervise aesthetic checks and edits during pre-production & production, attend shoots & music recordingsPresentations :
Review and vet presentations for client & internal meetings with Managers.Market Research :
Stay informed about industry trends, new content formats and competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform content strategies and creative approaches and explore opportunities for experimentationClient Communication :
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches, providing strategic insights and recommendations regarding copywriting and creative concepts.Strengthen Client relationships and interactions.Act as a POC for creative escalations.Team Growth :
Hire capable independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accuratelyTeam Management :
Conduct fortnightly team meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving on client-side and internallyTime Management :
