Must-Have Experience

1+ years hands-on experience  building  Agentic, LLM, or NLP-based applications .

Strong foundation in  machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI .

Experience with  data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation .

Hands-on experience with  ML frameworks  such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.

Strong understanding of  RAG architectures  and retrieval-augmented AI systems.

Experience deploying ML models in  production environments  (cloud, container-based, scalable systems).

Proficiency in  Python  (primary).

Familiarity with  natural language processing  and optionally  computer vision .

Strong understanding of  AI / ML algorithms, data structures, optimization, and performance tuning .

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Most importantly :

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment and meet deadlines

Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, patterns and specifications.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI / ML technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver AI / ML solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.
