PMS & AIF Team Lead

Key Responsibilities :

 Independently handle end-to-end audits and compliance reviews for PMS and AIF clients in line with SEBI regulations.

 Review client data, investment statements, and reconciliations of AUM, income, and expenses.

 Verify and certify monthly / quarterly regulatory reports and disclosure documents.

 Liaise with client teams, custodians, and fund managers for data collection and query resolution.

 Guide and review work performed by junior team members to ensure quality and accuracy.

 Assist partners in preparing final audit reports and client presentations.

 Identify process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and compliance accuracy.

Required Skills & Competencies :

 Strong understanding of SEBI PMS & AIF regulatory framework.

 Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and financial data analysis.

 Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.

 Ability to work independently and lead small teams in a dynamic environment.
