Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Marketing Executive in the real estate sector. The responsibilities include creating and implementing market plans, developing strong communication strategies to engage clients, managing sales activities, and working closely with the marketing team to achieve business objectives. The role requires proactive client engagement and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while focusing on achieving sales goals.

Qualification

Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing

Good Communication skills

Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions effectively

Bachelor's degree in any field

Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
