Nda And Contract Specialist

Role Overview

Our customer, a global technology company, is seeking an experienced NDA & Contract Specialist to join their commercial contracting team for 6 months . The role will commence in early January 2026 and will be based remotely in India, with only limited time-zone overlap required for collaboration.

This role will involve reviewing NDAs, validating order documents, and managing contract workflows in alignment with established playbooks. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review NDAs on client templates and third-party paper.
• Apply playbook, identify deviations, and provide clean / redlined versions with comments.
• Use redlining tools as implemented.
• Validate order documents against client instructions.
• Flag inconsistencies and prepare documents for signature.
• Manage semi-manual workflows and ensure smooth document progression.
• Follow playbook rules and contracting requirements.
• Assist in refining standards and optimising processes.
