Nihilent Technologies - ServiceNow Lead / Architect

Description :

• Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across enterprise environments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into working solutions.
• Manage platform upgrades, module enhancements, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

Expertise in at least three of the following ServiceNow modules :

1. ITSM (IT Service Management)

2. ITOM (IT Operations Management)

3. CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

4. HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)

5. SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
