About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager – US Business to lead strategic client engagements within the US collections and financial services portfolio. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll own the end-to-end client journey—from onboarding to expansion—ensuring exceptional delivery and measurable business outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients, driving adoption of cutting-edge Voice AI and Gen AI technologies.
