Our mission is to build Maharashtra’s labour grid for agriculture and uplift farmers and workers through AI-enabled execution.
We are a fast-moving, mission-driven team working across high-intensity horticulture belts like Nashik, Jalgaon and Solapur. As we grow, we are hiring a Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the CEO across strategy, operations, research, and special projects.
Role Overview
This is a junior, high-exposure role for someone who wants to learn how a fast-scaling company is built from the inside. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO on projects that cut across operations, research, partnerships, hiring, investor communication and strategic planning.
You won’t be sitting in one lane — this role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving unstructured problems and can blend analytical thinking with on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
- Assist the CEO with research, analysis, and preparation for meetings with partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Create presentations, briefing notes and reports on business performance and new opportunities.
- Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure follow-ups are executed on time.
Operational Execution
Support key projects across labour supply, farmer demand, field operations and category expansion.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Sourcing, Marketing) to ensure projects move smoothly.Help structure data, build dashboards and create process documentation.Special Projects
Conduct deep-dives into new crops, districts, partnerships or business models.Assist with pilots or new initiatives launched by the founder.Drive small but meaningful experiments independently.Communication & Coordination
Draft clear internal communication, memos, and updates on behalf of the founder.Maintain project trackers, meeting notes and follow-up action items.Interface with external partners, ecosystem stakeholders and field teams as needed.Research & Insights
Conduct market benchmarking, competitor analysis and category deep-dives.Synthesise complex rural and agricultural insights into actionable summaries.Help build internal knowledge systems and documentation.Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualities
0–2 years of experience (fresh grads welcome).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.High-speed learner with the ability to operate without hand-holding.Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-intensity environments.Willingness to travel occasionally to our field clusters across rural MaharashtraStrong work ethic, ownership mindset and bias for action.Nice-to-Haves
Background in business, economics, agriculture, engineering, or social sciences.Exposure to startups, consulting, VC, or field operations (internships included).Comfort with Excel, slides, content creation, deep data analysis.Ability to create clean presentations and structure information well.What This Role Offers
