Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control procedures across the production process
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, FSSAI, Kosher, Halal)
• Investigate and address non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure customer quality requirements are met
• Maintain documentation for regulatory audits, batch records, and certifications
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality
• Support R&D and production in validating and scaling up new formulations
• Serve as a point of contact for quality-related customer queries and support
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices
