ModMed is hiring a People Business Partner to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing HR team focused on fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner closely with our business leaders and employees, helping shape the employee experience and drive organizational growth within a fast-paced, innovative healthcare technology company that's truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role

The People Business Partner provides a full range of HR business support to clients within one or more departments local to our India team. The candidate also works cross-functionally with our business teams to drive high performance and achieve results in a high-growth-oriented company.

This role will partner closely with the functional People Business Partner team to ensure alignment with the strategic direction of

executive leadership. The People Business Partner works directly with the local team to consult, educate, advise, and influence on issues involving, but not limited to : employee relations, team dynamics, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement and retention, performance management, manager coaching, compensation planning, and change management.

The People Business Partner will also work closely with the India People Team and broader People function to identify, design, and implement initiatives that support the business needs of the organization.
