Web Designer

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Designer based in Raipur. The Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing web designs, incorporating graphic design elements, and developing user-friendly and responsive web interfaces. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of design strategies with business objectives. Additional responsibilities include ensuring high-quality design execution and maintaining a cohesive user experience across web platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop responsive website layouts, pages, and UI elements.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and design assets.
• Ensure compatibility across devices, browsers, and platforms.
• Optimize websites for usability, navigation, and user experience.
• Maintain and update existing websites.
• Create graphic assets such as banners, icons, and images.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Website Designer

Strong proficiency & Mandatory : WIX, WordPress

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Responsive design principles

Understanding of UI / UX design, typography, and colour theory

Experience with cross-browser compatibility

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management
