Job descriptionProven experience in designing and developing enterprise-class, internet-scale distributed data services Hands-on background supporting mission-critical, high-volume transactional systems with stringent performance, reliability, and availability requirements. Expertise in Data Lakes (enterprise-wide storage architectures). Strong knowledge in building and managing Data APIs that support internal and external data consumption. Experience with Data Fabric / Data Fabrication concepts — including metadata-driven data integration, virtualization, and automated data pipelines. Currently leading or heading a Data Architecture or Enterprise Data Engineering function in a mid-to-large organization. Demonstrated ability to build teams, processes, and platforms from scratch Strong leadership presence with the ability to define architectural standards, practices, governance models , and align stakeholders across engineering, product, and business. Ideal Background 20 + years in data engineering / data architecture, with at least 10+ years in a senior or head-of-architecture role. Experience in cloud-native data platform architectures (AWS / GCP / Azure). A track record of delivering resilient, scalable, secure data systems in high-growth or high-throughput environments
